Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. Arguably one of the best books ever written on the topic of management. Interesting book, prompt delivery. Well written and illustrated, each chapter faces different issues related to the job of management, that is basically a practice and not something you can learn in class rooms. Very happy with purchase. Came ahead of postal date. In great condition. Certainly helps with university assignments! Mintzberg master piece. I absolutely enjoyed reading this book. It is a very insightful piece of work. I recommend it for all managers and non-managers.
