The answers are uncomfortable for the EU. On the face of it, the values of the French Revolution, as mediated by Napoleon, had been defeated. But the Congress of Vienna could not turn back the clock completely. The rise of Prussia was much helped by the relative decline of the Holy Roman Empire and the Habsburg monarchy. What emerged from the blood, dust and smoke of Waterloo was the triumph of the nation-state, which, despite certain notorious challenges, has held sway in Europe ever since. In the 18th and 19th centuries the state, the abstract entity to which subjects owed allegiance, became identified with the nation, a trend that was reinforced and accelerated by an appeal to the will of the people or Volk.
The Belgian nationalism that had been awakened during the French revolutionary wars could not be quenched. So although in a statue of a lion symbol of the Dutch monarchy was installed on the Waterloo battlefield at the spot where the Prince of Orange, the future Willem II, had been knocked from his horse, within ten years that lion was looking out over land that was now Belgian rather than Dutch.
Two hundred years on, Waterloo poses a challenge to the international residents of Brussels. The EU can respond to such other Belgian conflicts as the sacking of Mechelen , the sieges of Namur and , the bombardment of Brussels , the battle of Fontenoy , and the battles of Ypres and Passchendaele with a simple declaration that it is a means of ending divisions in Europe.

I do not hope to sound shallow on saying that some shoppers are more frighting then what this ghost of an Amish boy would be. There are websites and youtube videos devoted to humiliating Wal-mart shoppers. If there was some sort of conspiracy to cover-up video evidence of such a ghost at the Wal-Mart. I would rather hang out with most of the people in these photos then those that took em or commented on this.
I would consider this a Paranormal page. I am not aiming to sound like Deepak Chopra, but I am curious to these peoples definition of normal. Or if another chain store is sponsoring the page?

Or if it is managed by many ticked off ex Wal-mart Employees. This tale is likely a hoax. No Employee seems to know anything about such a claim. Over the years visiting the place i have randomly asked employees about the ghost. Maybe I spared you some foolishness to go do something better with your time. Like go find the cure for cancer or aids. Update I finally met an employee of long service to claim that other employees have claimed that they have seen a ghostly child near the lawn and gardens section.
